The disappointment I am talking about is on the Marshmallow Google has allowed mobile carriers to block tethering ability of our device by default. That means, without a forehead warning we can't share our internet to other smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop or any other device because the mobile data sharing we used to enjoy is blocked.

How to enable tethereing on Android Marshmallow.

1. Be sure you have installed the right OEM driver installed on your PC.
2. Then download and install the needed ADB drivers (1.4.2).
3. Now enable your Android's USB debugging mode.
4. From your PC, open a command window.
5. Enter ADB shell and then execute the following command.
   

   adb shell

6. See the image below as an example.
   
7. Now you can execute the command below to enable tethering.
   

   settings put global tether_dun_required 0

   
8. Well done now you can restart your smart device, you will then find out that tethering is enabled now.
9. You can once again use your Android device as tethering mode to share your internet connection to other devices of your choice without being limited by your mobile data carrier anymore.
